Randy Pausch

woke up at 5am this morning cause my back was hurting like hell from falling asleep infront of my laptop (i find that i've been doing that alot lately), and guess who i saw online! Li Hong! hahaha.. she was watching a video of Randy Pausch, The Last Lecture. at first i was still half asleep but after the first 2 minutes, it just woke me up. For those of u who doesn't know who Randy Pausch is, i'm just gonna copy paste what they wrote about him on youtube:

Carnegie Mellon Professor, Randy Pausch (Oct. 23, 1960 - July 25, 2008) gave his last lecture at the university Sept. 18, 2007, before a packed McConomy Auditorium. In his moving presentation, "Really Achieving Your Childhood Dreams," Pausch talked about his lessons learned and gave advice to students on how to achieve their own career and personal goals.

It really moved me. OWH! wow... u know what i just realised? he actually passed away just a week ago..





but yea, if u have an hour of your day to spare, i do recommend that u watch this. it's just the way he speaks and the life experiences he goes through. i just wish when i'm old, i'd have that much to talk about my life. i wish i even wrote down my childhood dreams when i was little so i can look back at them and see what i can do to accomplish them. the "head fake" in the lecture is just brilliant.. may he rest in peace.
